Our Bread Flour contains 90 percent of the natural wheat berry proportions of bran, endosperm, and germ.  It is ground to a finer consistency and can be used in yeast breads as well as heavy breads such as zucchini and pumpkin, along with flour tortillas, pie crust, and much more.

There were no pesticides used during the growing season of the wheat and no additives, chemicals, bleaching agents, or preserviatives were used during the milling process. This flour also produces a beautiful light golden crust that is full of flavor when used as breading to fry meats such as chicken, fish, beef, and pork.
