It is ground to a finer consistency and can be used in yeast breads as well as heavy breads such as zucchini and pumpkin, along with flour tortillas, pie crust, and much more. There were no pesticides used during the growing season of the wheat and no additives, chemicals, bleaching agents, or preserviatives were used during the milling process.
