Our Baking Flour is our all purpose flour and contains 75 percent of the natural wheat berry proportions of bran, endosperm, and germ. This flour is ground very fine and feels like a light powder in your hands.
 
There were no pesticides used during the growing season of the wheat and no additives, chemicals, bleaching agents, or preserviatives were used during the milling process.  The result is a higher quality and better tasting flour.  You won't be dissappointed with the enhanced flavor profile our flour adds to your recipes.
 
Common uses include cookies, cakes, muffins, pie crust, as well as making tortillas, noodles, pasta, and pancakes, and even angel food cakes. 
 
This flour also produces a beautiful light golden crust that is full of flavor when used as breading to fry meats such as chicken, fish, beef, and pork.
