Rye Flour
Our Rye Flour contains 80 percent of the natural rye berry proportions of bran, endosperm, and germ. This flour is ground to the same consistency as our Artisan and Bread flours. This flour can be used to in rye breads and other baked goods that call for rye flour. Rye flour is also used in many sourdough starters.
